Mom wanted a picture of the house we're renting, so here it is. It's more space than we need, and we don't like the floorplan much, but it's less than a traffic light away from the office which is really nice.

This building is right next to the Alamo. No clue what it is, but it's stunning.

Here's the river, for which riverwalk is named. It's more of a canal, but "canalwalk" just doesn't have the same appeal.

The view from atop Mount Bonnell in Austin. I'm told this is Town Lake, the lower portion of Lake Travis.

Not content with the natural altitude of Mount Bonnell, we gained an extra two feet by standing on a table.

This is a big, honkin' rock.

The walk down was a lot less work than the walk up.
