In 2004 I installed an Asterisk PBX system for my home telephone. I also installed an equivalent system for use by my colleagues at work. As I expand the scope of these two systems, I've made a point to document my thoughts and progress. I hope that these notes are useful to others who might be considering also using Asterisk in their home or office.
